Gary Potts brings over 20 years of experience in further education, with a strong focus on employer engagement and skills development. As Deputy Principal/CEO at Middlesbrough College, he leads work to ensure training provision aligns with industry needs. His career began with a toolmaker apprenticeship, followed by progression into design engineering and operations management before moving into education. Gary is committed to strengthening links between education and industry and supporting clear pathways into employment.
