Nikki Sayer has over 30 years of experience in the maritime sector and provides tactical leadership at Casper Shipping, with a focus on service, growth and digitalisation. She is a Commissioner for the Maritime Skills Commission and founded the North East School of Shipping, which supports young people into maritime careers through professional qualifications. Nikki has also served as Chair of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers North East branch and as a Non-Executive Director at Elite Consult Group Ltd.
